Holiday Gift Return Grace Period
We understand that the holiday season can get busy! To make your gift-giving experience even more seamless, Bohemian Black offers an extended grace period for holiday purchases.
- Gift Purchases Made Between November 15 and December 24 are eligible for an exchange or store credit until January 8, 2026.
- All items must be in their original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a gift receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items (such as sale items, intimates, and earrings) are excluded from the holiday grace period.
This grace period ensures that your loved ones have ample time to select something they truly love.
Exchanges Policy
At Bohemian Black, we want you to love every item you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange for eligible items within our policy guidelines.
Exchange Deadlines
- Standard Exchanges: Must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date (for in-store purchases) or the delivery date (for online orders).
- Holiday Gift Exchanges: Purchases made between November 15 and December 24 are eligible for an exchange until January 15, 2026.
Exchange Eligibility
Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for an exchange:
✅ New Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
✅ Proof of Purchase: A receipt or gift receipt is required for all exchanges.
✅ Eligible Items: Clothing, accessories, and home decor items are generally eligible for exchange unless marked as final sale or otherwise specified.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene, safety, or clearance policies:
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Intimate apparel and swimwear
❌ Earrings
❌ Gift cards
Exchange Process

In-Store Exchanges:
- Bring the item and receipt to a Bohemian Black location within the exchange window.
- If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or wait for a restock.

Online Exchanges:
- Contact our customer service team at walkingrozes@gmail.com to request an exchange authorization.
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your exchange.
Special Exceptions
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
