Order Processing

  1. Processing Time:
    • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-business-day delivery for orders placed by 12:00 PM (local time).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected method and the delivery address. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can also track your order through your account on our website.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options will be introduced soon—stay tuned!
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delivery Issues

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages: Bohemian Black is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If you experience this, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  2. Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Bohemian Black is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
